Shelly is an accomplished professional and a master problem solver.  With over thirty years of management experience she assists clients in many areas.  Her professional accomplishments have included the role of President of Diversified Health Partners, LLC.  CEO of Legacy Business Partners, CEO of Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center in Lyndhurst, Ohio. She currently serves on the Person Centered Care Coalition for the state of Ohio and Ohio Health Care Association Quality and Reimbursement Committees. Shelly's experience include: Chief Operations Officer for eighteen facilities in Ohio and Michigan with a chain of nursing homes, Regional Vice President in a non-profit and Vice President of Human Resources in a for-profit chain for sixteen facilities.
Her hands-on experiences include:  Nursing homes, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Hospice, Home Care, Therapy, MDS 3.0, and Recruiting. Shelly is also a personal coach for many individuals.
Shelly is able to bring her wisdom and depth of experience in:  management, health care and overall operations to the benefit of your company.  She has a proven track record of improving profitability, exceptional system design and implementation as well as positive outcomes in establishing customer loyalty.
